VTN Titan XL Compact breathing air trailer
The VTN Titan XL is a compact robust trailer that is easy to operate and provides an impressive amount of breathing air. With two compressed air cylinders of 140 litres/300 bar each, this trailer provides a total breathing air capacity of 84,000 litres.
The Titan XL is equipped with a control panel fitted with four Quick Connect Cejn female air connections, to which you can connect your breathing air hoses.
The Titan XL is highly suitable for rapid interventions and situations where breathing air systems with a breathing air compressor cannot/should not be used, but where there is a need for a long-term supply of breathing air.
Specially designed for transport on public roads, the Titan XL is equipped with a powder-coated steel safety frame that securely anchors the breathing air cylinders in the aluminium trailer. The trailer is fitted with a brake system for extra safety.
The control panel, with clearly engraved line diagrams and text, provides all relevant information and makes operation easy. The control panel can be personalised with your company logo and/or company name. All valves, pressure gauges and flow meters are integrated in the anodised aluminium control panel.
The Titan XL complies with CE marking according to PED 2014/68/EU, is PED approved and complies with SIR directives category B2/B3.
As an option, it is possible to expand the Titan XL with a back-up supply.
This involves adding one 50 liter - 300-bar breathing air cylinder to the trailer frame. This creates a back-up supply with an additional capacity of 15.000 liter of breathing air.

- Central filling connection for simultaneous filling of both breathing air cylinders.

- At the rear, the trailer is equipped with two support legs.
- The control panel is equipped with a high-pressure manometer for buffer pressure and a central valve for shutting off the breathing air cylinders.
- Each breathing air connection is fitted with a flow meter, pressure gauge, valve and Quick Connect Cejn female coupling.
