For large-scale users, the TITAN XXL long duration breathing air trailer is available, equipped with six 140-liter (37-gallon) breathing air cylinders at 300 bar (4,351 psi), resulting in an impressive total breathing air capacity of 252,000 liters (66,500 gallons). Optionally, the TITAN XXL can also be equipped with a backup system, further extending its capacity.

Thanks to the six breathing air cylinders, this long duration breathing air trailer provides a significant capacity of 210,000 liters (55,500 gallons) more air than the traditional 50-liter (13-gallon) cylinders. This makes the VTN TITAN XXL particularly suitable for rapid deployments and situations where large breathing air systems with compressors are unavailable or not allowed, but where a prolonged breathing air supply is required.

The TITAN XXL is specifically designed for safe transportation on public roads. The powder-coated steel safety frame securely anchors the breathing air cylinders in the durable aluminum trailer. For added safety, the trailer is equipped with a braking system.

The control panel, with clearly engraved line diagrams and text, displays all relevant information and ensures easy operation. The control panel can be personalized with your company name and/or logo for a professional appearance. All shut-off valves, pressure gauges, and flow meters are integrated into the anodized aluminum control panel.

The TITAN XXL is equipped with CE and UKCA marking, certified by TÜV according to PED 2014/68/EU, and complies with SIR guidelines for categories B2/B3. This ensures the TITAN XXL provides a safe and efficient solution for large-scale breathing air supply.
